Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance that you don’t, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.

The item(s) will need to be in the original packaging and in the original condition you received it.

Once we have received and inspected your item(s), a full refund will be issued. If a replacement is required, please ensure it will be shipped out within 24 hours.

• Purchase order number
• Full name and address
• Refund or replacement
• Brief reason for return/replacement

If we find the item(s) not in the original packaging or condition sent, we reserve the right to not offer a full refund or replacement.

When returning a item(s), please ensure you post it record and keep proof of postage.

All refunds will be processed within 28 days.
